O quarto é confortável, o atendimento é ótimo, o café-da-manhã é muito bom, e existe internet gratuita disponível para os hóspedes na área de circulação. O hotel fica localizado em uma região alta, com paisagens muito bonitas. No salão onde é servido o café-da-manhã, existiam muitas moscas pousando nos alimentos e nos hóspedes. Alguns quartos dispõem de varanda coletiva, acho que deveriam ser individualizadas, para haver maior privacidade. |

The food was incredibly good and by far the best during my entire visit to Switzerland. The Vegetarian selections were among the best I've seen while traveling. Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. WiFi access was only available in the public areas of the first floor. The hotel is located far from the main village, but that is also its appeal. Its as close as you can be to the Eiger. |

The owner was friendly. The restaurant was exceptionally good. Rating: 1/5 - There was a constantly smoky area at reception, right beside the children's play area. The woman serving breakfast was grouchy to the point of rudeness. Flies all over the food. There was no elevator, and family rooms are all the way upstairs. The hotel is old and worn, not 'modern'. The hotel is really far from Grindelwald. |

Excellent position overlooking Grindelwald valley although without car could have been rather isolated. Staff very helpful, great breakfast with lots of choice. Rooms clean and large. Restaurant of high standard and good choice. Larger area for bar rather than food or area for people to relax i.e. a lounge. |

Wonderful mountain views, peace and quiet. Friendly welcome and service. Imaginative cooking. Proximity to hiking trail. Free access to Internet. It was a long way up and out of Grindelwald village itself so use of a car almost essential to get to other sights/walking trails , restaurants, shops etc. Too many flies at breakfast! |
