総合的には満足した。 予約の際、確認事項のどこにも書いていなかった料金が現地で発生し当惑し、大きな不満を持った。現地で発生した料金は４歳と２歳の子供に対する朝食チャージである。予約した案内では、４歳と２歳であれば追加ベッドを入れない限りは無料とあったのに、現地で朝食チャージ３泊で合計Euro120とられた。子供の食事量は知れているのに満額でEuro20/人とられる必要があるのだろうか？予約の際書いてなかっただけに不満やるかたなしである。 |
