És un hotel prou correcte i confortable. Està molt ben situat. Molt a prop dels museus més importants i permet visitar a peu tot el centre de la ciutat. Les nostres habitacions eren a la planta -1 i, encara que teníem llum natural i eren prou confortables, els lavabos feien molta pudor (els WC no tenen tapa) i aquesta s'estenia a tota la habitació. |

Sobretot la ubicació. Tot i ser força cèntric es un lloc tranquil al costat d'un parc magnífic. No te bar a l'habitació i la calefacció fa un soroll estrepitòs. |

Hotel céntrico Las instalaciones dejan mucho q desear: los cierres de las ventanas nefastos, el buen funcionamiento de la calefacción brilla por su ausencia, el baño es excesivamente pequeño... |

Hotel staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was good and the room was cozy. We had a mouse in our room, and when told about it, the frontdesk lady just ignored the whole problem. Rooms were also very cold, and the water came in from the windows. |

Quite good hotel with tidy and clean rooms but unfortunateley very small in some cases and a bit in conveninet.However the location was good(very close in tram stops) 15 minutes from Leidseplein and 5 minutes from Van Gogh Museum and Rijksmuseum.Also the breakfast was very good and the staff cooperative and helpful enough. The small rooms. |

Position good, being close to the park and museums, transport and shops. Room felt like a shoe box, as I could touch both walls by holding out my arms. Heating under the floor was too hot, and the air conditioning too cold. Could not open the window as there was no fly screen and the mosquitos came in. Thought about asking to be moved, but my friend was across the hall , and she had reception above her, and could hear the chairs moving across the floor. Lousy value, |
